# Setting a World Seed

### How to Change Your World Seed

To change the seed for your server's world, follow these steps:

1. First, open your server on [panel.stratanode.net](panel.stratanode.net) and navigate to the file manager.

2. Find and open the server.properties file.

3. Find **level-seed** setting in the file and set it to the desired seed you want.

4. Press the "Save File" button located in the bottom right corner to save the changes.
