# Getting Started With Your Java Server

### Logging In

Once you have completed your payment and finalized your order, you will receive a separate email containing instructions on how to create your account for our control panel at  [panel.stratanode.net](panel.stratanode.net).

Click the **Setup Your Account** button in the email to create a password and start using your server.

### Getting Your Server IP

After logging in, you will find your server IP on the homepage.

||| Make sure to include the port number after the ":" when connecting to your server.

### Starting Your Server

On the Console page, click the Start button to begin using your server.

Make sure to accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) after starting the server.

### Connecting to Your Server

1. Copy the server IP from the homepage of the control panel.

2. In Minecraft, add a new server with that IP, and give it any name you prefer.

1. Click on "Done," and you have successfully added the connection to your server.
